We offer all our customers a basic level of post-installation care, however this is arranged ad-hoc and paid per callout. FreedomCare customers get extra peace of mind and priority service, ensuring their system is working optimally at all times. With preventative care, discounts on call-outs and upgrades, and state of the art diagnostics, our care plans allow solar PV users to take their tech to the next level.
